CAPITAL Construction Equipment says their New Holland Dealership of the Year title is a reflection of their strong customer relationships.
Warren Pol, who co-owns Capital Construction Equipment with Shane Cole and Paul Shepherd, say everyone at the dealership works hard to make sure customers are happy. The dealer says it has a very good relationship with its customers and gets a lot of repeat business.
Capital Construction Equipment says good service means giving customers the products they want and acting promptly when they ask for help. Pol claims the company services a region from Benalla in the south across to Mount Beauty and Bright, up to Tumut and the Western Plains and Griffith, with customers up to 300 kilometres from it at the furthest point. He says there are a lot of different requirements across the region but all of its customers want good products, the right advice and excellent support.Capital Construction Equipment claims the fact that its sales staff are product experts. Additionally, its technicians can sort most cases issues out over the phone in under half an hour and if not they are said to go out of their way to address the problem.
Capital Construction Equipment’s biggest sellers are New Holland skid steer loaders and mini excavators.
