MELBOURNE Tractors was recently recgonised as having New Holland Construction’s Sales Team of the Year.
Melbourne Tractors Dealer Principal Ken Bennett says making sales is a team effort that requires a good product, great support and a real commitment to the customer.
Bennett says that the company has a very experienced team, not just in the sales department but throughout the dealership. He says the company make sales because its sales team really know their products and help customers get the right solutions for their businesses, and then the customers stay because they get good after sales service.
Bennett says that quality products are also part of the equation, he says the biggest sellers are New Holland skid steer loaders, excavators and backhoes.
Melbourne Tractors has two Melbourne branches, one at Cambellfield and a new branch that opened in Dandenong last year when the dealership took on the Kobelco franchise. They also have a branch at Ballarat.
